As a photographer specializing in seniors, I have met and worked with some pretty amazing youth. Teens with big, selfless hearts; teens who have gone through or are going through tragedy and are keeping their head high; individuals who struggle but aren’t giving up; or who have set their “normal” high school lives aside for something bigger than themselves. I want to honor these young people and what they represent.
The Faces of Nine2Twelve.
Throughout the year, I will select a stand-out high school student who has a story to tell or a cause that is dear to their heart. They will participate in a mini portrait session with me and receive 1-3 digital files from that session, and each student with receive a $25 gift card to either Starbucks or Chipotle. PLUS, I will donate $100 to the charitable organization of their choice.
In a day and age when we see all sorts of negative press about youth, I think it’s important to highlight those who are making a difference & those who have overcome adversity. I am very excited about showing the Faces of Nine2Twelve to you, and also giving back to some deserving organizations.
